Reference: The Theology of The Cross
We started our journey through Reformation history, by going through the lives of past Protestant Reformers, such Luther, Calvin, Zwingli and Tyndale and even the Radical Reformer, Menno Simons.
We were also learning from the -isms that fighting for orthodoxy is not so simple as it looks, because we ourselves are always the threat to the church and to the Gospel.
We as 21st century Christian men and women have to take church history seriously to see how we too could be compromising on the Gospel and learn the lessons our own Reformed ancestors did.
