Robin Gan (Bachelor of Divinity, Moore Theological College, Sydney) is our Founding and Lead elder, and Pastor at CERC. Robin trained under Phillip Jensen in Sydney as part of the Ministry Training Strategy programme, and now trains Christian leaders through CERC's Church Ministers' Apprenticeship programme and other parachurch ministries. Robin previously worked in the regional marketing department of a multinational conglomerate. Robin is married to Joy, and they have three children, Ilona, Alethea, and Latimer.

Jerome Leng (Master of Divinity, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kentucky) is our
Pastor-in-Training focusing on CERC's youth and university (SOLIDD) ministries. Jerome was the recipient of
SBTS's Clyde T. Francisco Preaching Award in 2018, which is awarded to one student each year to recognise
gospel-proclaiming excellence. He currently leads two growth groups, heads CERC's MC department, and is also
actively involved with local parachurch ministries. Out of a desire to serve the Lord for the rest of his
life, Jerome gave up the bright future that a medical career promises to pursue
full-time paid ministry.
Jerome was our first Church Ministers' Apprentice from 2010−2013. Jerome is married to Robyn,
and they have one son, Emmett.

Daniel Lu (Bachelor of Theology, Trinity Theological College, Perth)
is our Pastor-in-Training focusing on
CERC's Chinese-language and university (SOLIDD) ministries. He leads two growth groups, heads CERC's
Membership department, and is also actively involved with local parachurch ministries. Having been convicted
of the gospel, Daniel gave up all prospects of a medical career to pursue full-time paid ministry, and he
was our second Church Minister's Apprentice from 2011−2015.

Vanessa Ong (Bachelor of Divinity, Moore Theological College, Sydney) is our Pastor-in-Training focusing on CERC's children and youth, women, and university (SOLIDD) ministries. She holds a degree in Psychology, and is a member of our counselling unit. Vanessa also leads a growth group and is actively involved with local parachurch ministries. Before committing to full-time paid ministry, Vanessa worked in the e-commerce industry at a local telecommunications company. Vanessa was our fourth Church Ministers' Apprentice from 2017−2019.
